There's no depth, just like rock music made with DnB equipment. Really not my thing and a shit sound system.

The kids loved it obviously, some Radio 1 classics being played.

The Bukem gig I went to at the Fez was more like a DnB night, his mixing was obviously on another level to last night, and the crowd last night was more about being at the 'coolest' party in town than anything else.

I suppose I am just an old git, but really it really isn't DnB to me.

Lots of fit middle class girls though, that's why I went. The silver lining is the fact a lot of people have got into DnB through Pendulum, it's just not my thing and maybe inhibits the development of the real thing in the smaller cities and towns.

i fucking hate pendulum, all my mates who know i like dnb wind me up about the fact that i hate them so much. It just isn't DNB, you are right. It is in its own genre in my opinion.
What i hate about them,

1, the music - bloodsugar for an example, rubbish tune.
2, the bad name it gives to "dnb" it just isnt an example of true dnb and is so popular that people begin to think that that is what dnb is like as a whole,
3, the people that like it, the teenage chavs and other idiots alike.

i think a quote from paradox can be used here:

'I know Pendulum really well. I know Paul really well. But let's face it, their music is shit. It's for the Disney Channel' - Paradox
