Updating my profile doesn’t work

Hi ITL admins,

I can't change my profile. When I submit the data I get a response page with the following content:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I tried several times from several machines using different browsers.

hia mate, its wierd as ive had a few people mention this lately, but then it seems to be fine later on, bizzarre.

Thanks for sorting that out, Tobes. Just tried again and this time it worked.

I seem to be having the same prob. Each time I try to update my dob and gender and upload an aviator thing i get the same error as abovehttp://www.itstooloud.com/smileys/smiley19.gif

try deleting your temp internet files & then cookies in your Tools--->Internet options---->delete files/cookiesGonzo Edited by: tumbleweed
