cubase sx 1 should i update to 2?

I am running cubase sx 1.03 ive got the chance to update to sx 2.0... IOs it worth doing?? Does anyone know what the differences are?? Also been offered logic platinum 5.5 should i upgrade or give logic a go

yeah sx 2 is much better me thinks , it has a newer sound engine , same as nuendo i think ?? , i find it a lot harder to get to grips with at first , but it is good by all means ...... but i also here logic is very good ......

logic is aparently better, but it is no longer supported for PC, obviously there are old versions you can use which are still wicked, but if your staying with a pc an not mac, you might be better of with steinberg.
