to rewire in cubase....

open your cubase project and activate the channels you want to rewire (from reasons point of view) then open reason and assign all your virtual instruments to whatever channels you want on the rewire interface at the top of reasons rack.

then create a channel in cubase and assign its input as whatever reason instrument you want that channel to output, then the output to whatever you want to output it to.

so say you have a n19 sampler, connect its output to say channel 3 (making sureit isenabled (green light) in cubase rewire window).

then create a midi channel in cubase and set inputs to rewire channel 3 and ouputs to soundcard.

i know this is kind of a sh*t guide but im at work at the moment so if you still need help just ask !Edited by: -rich-

make sure you are using the right asio drivers for your soundcard in
both cubase and reason. Best way to do this is in reason
preferences-audio, pick the one with the lowest latency then also pick
that one in cubase.
