propellerheads Recycle tempo help

Ive got recycle but can only seem to change the tempo when i turn up the sens to 99 but this sounds all jumpy. they only other way is to turn the pitch up but this makes it not sound like he original.. am i doing something wrong?? i cant seem to get anywhere with it.. if anyone can help that'll be great or know somewhere i can get instructions for it..

ive just explained recyle in your reason thread mate, but recycle doesnt change the tempo of a sound it just rearanges certian points of a wav, so its really only meant for beats and making make stabs with synth sounds and sh*t.
