should i allow hotlinking on othersites

hi guys,


becouse of the new ftp options i need to seriously think about some rules for the ftp, im not sure whether i should allow people to leave links on other forums and sites to their mix's hosted here.


i understand if its tracks you produce but mix's surely arent as important, anyway its upto you lot to decide what you want.


but remember i have a monthly bandwidth quota to work with, when i reach it the ftp will have to close while we wait for the next month to start.

If people want to host tracks/mixes etc let them do it at their expense.....

I think NO Tobes, it's a liberty to spread the word of whats supposed to be TopSecret FTP, you provide, you pay, andpeople should appreciate that. I'll give them the option of a place to store tracks and mixes, details will be on the new site, 50/100mb deals,(no profit-just expense-unlimited bandwidth) i got some peeps whohave taken up the offer already, so its looking good.


Plus Tobes, I know a goodplace for unlimited bandwidth hosting,simple but cheap, PM if you want details.

That site has been hacked it looks like.. Thier sql is all wacked up and nothing works. Dunno.. Id recommend http://www.streamload.comuntil/unless something else comes along..
