Right....if all this technology stuff's working properly....there should be a fewchoons i made in the FTP folder, in "Kenny Dee's Tunes" (makes sense don't it!!!)

There's only 1 drum n bass tune (50 cent remix), but there's a couple of Hip Hop/Rap ones in there as well (Dre. Obie Trice) Let me know what ya think yeah?

no mate they are neither, infact they are a damn good effort, youve got the vocals timed nicely, which can be hard, all the levels are ok, the trackscould do with a lil bit more input but that comes with time, learning how to add more layers of tracks and variety, believe me im still learning sh*t loads too, either way the tracks were cool.

obviously the d'n'b one is more my thang, i personally would add more to it, but it sounds well alright mate.

i tell you what i will try and do, i will try and find some of the first tracks i ever made, and upload them for a laugh. http://www.itstooloud.com/smileys/smiley16.gif

in my experiance each tune you makewill getbetter with experiance so as long as you dont stop making tracks, before long your tracks will be as good as any you hear on the radio.

this is the mission im on, but it aint going to happen to me if i dont start making tracks again http://www.itstooloud.com/smileys/smiley19.gif

might even turn the studio on today :smiley1:

nice one matey, keep at it...

Cheers mate....

I made those tunes on Ejay (free off the back of a cereal packet!)

So now i've got Reason working, its like a million times better....so hopefully the tunes should start improving too!

Thanks for the comments mate

hehe, first things first, bin ejay and never tell people you produce with it as they will laugh at you.

reason is the way forward mate, look into a sequencer like cubase or logic, and start getting into vst instruments and sh*t and you'll be away.

studio equiptment was so yesterday, get the software and get your head into it, i know people selling tracks on big labels like hospital, glo etc you make their tracks on pc's and thats it.:smiley2:

Yeah I Know...!!!

To tell the truth, i made those tracks a month or so back, and since i got reason, i haven't even looked at ejay. Reason's got everything i could possibly wanna do(and more) plus i've started to use Audacity (bit complicated but i'm learning!)

Virtual Studio Technology Intsrument.

Could be anything really, just a virtual instument.

Synths/drum machines/samplers/vocoder/guitar/bass

Cheap compared to hardware and easier to set up. Will keep your insurance premium down and conserve space, like virtual mixers...Less hands on but if you really know your sh*t then you could just work it all out beforehand like Mozart and the like....
