yeah...cant say im using anything new as such but feeling the comments RE:Novation.....getting stuck into the VStation which is nice. Im working alot more with samples and the ESX at the moment though so synth plugins etc aren't really amoungst my main tools at present.

Plugin's wise im quite happy with Logic's Platinum collection although i do utilise the SF6 bundle of DirectX's and also aload of Wave bits and pieces i cant quite remember...thats about it really

It's pretty bad when you have damn near all the baddest software on the planet and still love to use ACID to make a few funky tracks, Although by no means DO I MAKE GOOD music I still like to play. And that is another thing with all this software how in the hell am I supposed to learn it all :) Oh well.

Any ACID users here ?

Yeah man I use acid every now and then, I find acid is really good for knocking up quick cheeky bootegs but too loop orientated for most other stuff IMO, I find it very hard to hide the loops if you know what I mean, it can be done it's just there are quicker ways out there. Only ever used acid 2 tho not upgraded it so I may be well out of date on this http://www.itstooloud.com/smileys/smiley5.gif:smiley4:

Man by all means man if you havent tried it since ver 2 give it a whirl, a lot of new cool things it can do, has support for vst instruments and all new beat matching sh*t, support for all kind of formats, Just grab you a trial these days if you look at it hard enough it just becomes a FULL VERSION ......

new guy here.. dj moserok.. i use native instruments traktor dj studio 2.5.1 and soundforge 7 for all my mixes lately.. i got tired of the "loop" based software available.. i tried them all .. cubase, reason, logic, protools.. etc.. i uploaded some of my remixes in the "secret members" section.. a few of them got played in the local stripclub, it was nice to actually hear one of my mixes in a club.. anyway, what i'm looking for is a program that can echo out acapellas without losing the tempo/bpms.. if someone knows of a software please let me know.. thanks in advanced.. peace from N.Y.C..
