Seriously tho the biggest thing is gonna be time invested in making the forum better than the others in some way so when people do try it they want to come back. That principal is what's driving my plans for my website (also why it's taking so damn long!). The competition is cutthroat out there mate but you got good principals.


You attracted me through the idea of a free web page (I know I aint got that sh*t together yet, sorry boss) so maybe that's a good start. People are interested in what you can do for them mostly, not always thinking about what they can do for you.


edit: you are already ahead of some cos of the chat thing why not make a big deal of that when you promote?

Oh yeah also Tobes how about some dead nifty looking design work on the front page (first impressions and all that) I know a really good designer who is looking for work for her portfolio (ie she'll prob do it free).


Not saying there's anything wrong with the homepage or anything mate I just think the design isn't as advanced as some sites out there :smiley2:
